Είναι σκοτάδι γιατί προσπαθείς πάρα πολύ.

Πιο απαλά.

Μάθε να κάνεις τα πάντα ελαφρά.

Ναι, αισθάνσου ελαφρά ακόμα κι αν αισθάνεσαι βαθιά.

Άσε τα πράγματα να γίνουν με ελαφράδα και ελαφρά αντιμετώπισέ τα.

Ήμουν τόσο εξωφρενικά σοβαρός εκείνες τις μέρες…

Ελαφρά, ελαφρά- είναι η καλύτερη συμβουλή που μου έδωσαν ποτέ…

να πετάξεις το φορτίο και να προχωρήσεις.

Υπάρχουν κινούμενες άμμοι γύρω σου,

που γλείφουν τα πόδια σου,

που προσπαθούν να σε τραβήξουν στο φόβο

και στην αυτολύπηση και στην απελπισία.

Γι´αυτό χρειάζεται να περπατάς ελαφρά.
